About ClassFlow

ClassFlow is a behaviour-reporting platform designed for schools. It gives authorised staff a structured, mobile-friendly workspace to record behaviour incidents, manage report placements, and support daily form tutor review.

Staff can log incidents against their school's behaviour pathway, track which students are currently on report, and review progress over time. Form tutors can review daily targets, and approved report summaries can be shared securely with parents through a code-gated access area.

ClassFlow is designed to work alongside a school's existing systems — not to replace them. Each school controls which staff members have access, what parents can view, and how their behaviour pathway is structured.

Who ClassFlow is for

ClassFlow is for schools that want a consistent, structured approach to behaviour reporting. It is intended for use by authorised school staff only. Access requires authentication through an authorised school account. Parent access is limited to specific, approved report summaries and requires a valid access code issued by the school.

Substitute teachers can be granted temporary daily access by a school administrator. This access expires at the end of each school day.

Bringing ClassFlow to your school

ClassFlow is available for schools to adopt. Each deployment is set up for a specific school, with staff access provisioned through the school's account directory and behaviour pathway configuration tailored to the school's needs.
