Access controls
Student information is not publicly visible. Staff access requires authentication through an authorised school account. Parent access is restricted to approved report summaries only, using secure access codes issued by the school.
What is stored
ClassFlow stores behaviour incident records, report placement data, and daily target information for students on report. Each school's data is separate and only accessible to that school's authorised staff, or parents who have been granted specific access by their school.
Parent access
Parents can only view report summaries that have been explicitly approved by a form tutor and marked as ready for parent viewing. No raw student records, staff notes, or wider school data are accessible through the parent portal.
Data responsibility
Each school using ClassFlow is responsible for ensuring that staff access is correctly provisioned and that parent access codes are issued appropriately. For questions about how student data is handled at your school, contact your school's data protection lead.
Platform operator
ClassFlow is operated as a platform available to subscribing schools. The platform handles authentication, data storage, and access control on behalf of each school. Student data is held only for the purposes of behaviour reporting and is not shared between schools or used for any other purpose.
